RICK ROSS CRASHES ROLLS ROYCE AFTER DRIVE BY SHOOTING

Reports say that Rick Ross crashed his car after a drive-by shooting in Fort Lauderdale on Monday morning (January 28th). According to The New York Times, Ross was driving down East Las Olas Boulevard when he lost control of his Rolls Royce and crashed into an apartment building around 5 am. His girlfriend Shateria L. Moragne-el, 28, was in the car with him.

TMZ.com reported that a dozen shots were fired at the car, but it missed. Several buildings were hit by gunfire. No one was hurt and the gunman escaped. Ross had just left a restaurant after celebrating his 37th birthday at LIV nightclub with Diddy, Ludacris and French Montana.

  • Police are investigating the incident -- and so far no arrests have been made and no suspects have been identified. Cops are currently looking at security cameras from a building across the street from the crash.

Ross' rival 50 Cent spoke out on the incident, saying, "Hahaha fat boy hit the building? lol it looks staged to me. No hole's in da car." Other celebs chimed in, like Mike Epps, who tweeted, "Whoever shot up Rick Ross' car is in a lot of trouble. Can't shoot at cops and get away with it.

In an interview with The Urban Daily, Tip said, "[laughs] Hey look man I see all that sh*t man...I respect my present partners at Atlantic records and had there ever been a separation between them and myself I would respect my new partners in such a way that I'm not gonna sensationalize anything. They give me my fair market value for what it is I have to offer. And if you want to be in business with me let's give each other %110."

  • He continued, "But just going out and doing gossip type stories that ain't a huge part of what I do. [Would I like to stay at Atlantic Records?] Ay man, I'd love to stay where I am. It'd have to be shown that the feeling is mutual and the way you do that is on paper with commitment to dollars."
