CHIEF KEEF SUED BY MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENT OVER CHILD SUPPORT

Chief Keef is reportedly being sued by a middle school student over child support. According to TMZ.com, the middle schooler has sued the 17-year-old rapper, claiming that they conceived a daughter. The young girl -- who didn't state her age, filed a petition in Chicago -- said that she is currently attending middle school in the city, meaning that she was at most in the 8th grade when she had the child.

She is suing Keef for an undisclosed amount of child support that includes health insurance and other medical expenses. Keef can be in more legal trouble -- since it is considered a misdemeanor for two people under 17 to have intercourse. People between 9 and 17 who engage in a sexual act commit what is called "criminal sexual abuse."

  • Chief Keef could face a maximum sentence of one year in jail -- though the site says it is highly unlikely since those types of cases are never prosecuted. The only reason Keef would go before a judge would be if the girl's parents press charges.
