Justin Bieber has had a shakey start to the new year. First he was accused of being the cause of a paparazzi's death, then there were rumors of a blow out relationship ending fight between him and Selena Gomez -- and now TMZ has published photos of Justin smoking what appears to be marijuana. Justin apologized to his young fans through Twitter, however, his team isn't happy about the photos and are reportedly grilling security about who could have taken them.

  • Bieber was reportedly partying with his friend, Lil Twistwhen the photos were taken.
  • The pictures were reportedly taken on January 2 inside a hotel room in California, just a day after the paparazzo was killed trying to take a photo of Justin in his Ferrari -- the pap reportedly got a tip that Justin was smoking pot in it.

R. KELLY RELEASES SANDY HOOK TRIBUTE SONG: R. Kellyhas released a tribute song to the victims of the shooting at Newtown's Sandy Hook Elementary school. The song is called "I Know You Are Hurting (Tribute to the Newtown, Ct. Kids)" and it features a children's choir.
