NICKI MINAJ IS GETTING HER OWN REALITY TV SHOW
Reports say that Nicki Minaj is getting her own reality TV series. According to Perezhilton.com, sources have confirmed that the show will be with the E! Network. The sources say that Nicki has already started filming the show.
In other news, Nicki opened up about her new gig on American Idol. She said, "It's a milestone for me; it's a milestone for hip-hop; it's a milestone for young black women. Has there ever been a black woman [judging] on the show? This is a show that 20 million people watch so I feel like we should be represented on that show and I'm very proud of my decision to do it."
- Nicki said that initially she did have doubts about doing the show. She explained, "Of course I had doubts but I had to realize that my fears of doing the show came a lot from what I thought people would say. I had to really think and [realize that] a lot of decisions I've made in my career, people thought I was f - ing crazy and I made them, and I continue to make the hard decisions. I continue to make the decisions that people don't have the balls to make. And that's what separates me from everybody else."

MEEK MILL TO STAR IN A NEW REALITY SHOW?
Reports say that Meek Mill is set to star in a new reality show. According to Allhiphop Rumors, a source said that the show will also star his baby mama and it will be based on Meek's home life. A source said, "Meek is a straight street n*gga, and he wants to show the world that you don't have to change when you taste success. He's ready to show the good, the bad and the ugly of his home life."
The source added that Rick Ross is not too happy about the reality show. He said, "Rozay is not so into the idea, but he'll come around. He thinks that Meek will turn into some reality show novelty, instead of a serious rapper."
- Earlier this week, Meek took to Instagram to complain about his baby mother -- saying that she blew through $11,000 in under a month.
RIHANNA RELEASES 'DIAMONDS': Rihanna has released her new song "Diamonds." The song is the first single off of her upcoming seventh album Diamonds-- which will hit stores in November.

DAME DASH SUES LAWYER OVER BOTCHED CURRENCY DEAL: According to Allhiphop.com, Damon Dash has filed a $5 million lawsuit against his ex attorney because she ruined a high profile distribution deal with rapper Curren$y. Dash's company DD172 and BluRoc Records filed the suit against Janis Shen last week in Manhattan Federal Court. The suit has claimed that Shen failed to complete contractual paperwork for an oral agreement between Dash and Curren$y -- which resulted in Curren$y leaving the label -- as well as several other acts. Dash is asking for $5 million in damages -- as well as lawyers fees and court costs.
RAKIM IS BEING HONORED AT THE BET HIP HOP HONORS: Hip hop legend Rakim is set to receive the I Am Hip Hop Icon Award at the BET Hip Hop Awards in Atlanta this past weekend. The awards show will be taped in Atlanta this weekend and will air on October 9th at 8pm.
MAYBACH MUSIC GROUP ANNOUNCES TOUR
Rick Ross and his Maybach Music Group has announced their MMG tour. The tour, which will feature Ross, Meek Mill, Wale, Machine Gun Kellyas the opening act, and more will go on a 23 city trek.
The tour will start on November 2nd in Columbus,Ohio and make stops in Houston, TX, Baltimore, MD, Cleveland, OH and will end on December 2nd in Sand Diego, CA.

Diddy and Cassiehave finally confirmed that they are a couple. This past weekend, Diddy posted a picture of Cassie along with the caption -- "I'm A Very Lucky Man #knowthat." Cassie responded with her own photo of Diddy, along with the caption, "Love him."
In other news, Cassie has graced the pages of the October 2012 issue GQ. Inside, the singer talked about her popularity, saying, "It would be awesome to stay popular, but if I was only an underground artist, I would be okay with that."

EMINEM TO PRODUCE NEW WEB SERIES: According to The Detroit Free Press, Eminem -- along with his manager Paul Rosenberg and their Shady Films production company have teamed up with the production studio Electrus for the new web series called Detroit Rubber. The show centers on the characters Rick Williams and Roland Coit-- owners of sneaker store Burn Rubber who ar in the process of opening new stores.
COPS TO INVESTIGATE WIZ KHALIFA FOR HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT: According to TMZ.com, the LAPD wants to talk to Wiz Khalifa about an alleged hit and run accident. Law enforcement sources say that a woman told cops that the rapper smashed into her car and then left the scene last Wednesday (September 19th). The alleged victim was reportedly working on a music video shoot with Wiz and claimed that the accident happened after midnight when everyone was leaving the set.
SOULJA BOY SUED OVER CAR ACCIDENT: According to TMZ.com, Soulja Boy has been sued that he was involved in earlier this summer in Los Angeles. Bobbiye Sullinger and passenger Herman Flowers filed a joint suit against the rapper last week, which demanded retribution for physical, financial and emotional damages that have caused them during the June 23rd incident. Soulja initially denied driving the car during the time of the incident, but later admitted that he was driving. Soulja responded to the suit, telling the site that both Sullinger and Flowers were racist.
NEW MUSIC FROM LUDACRIS: Ludacris has released a new single featuring Kelly Rowland entitled Representin. The song -- produced by Jim Jonsin and Rico Love, is off his upcoming album Ludaversal.

REDMAN ANNOUNCES 'MUDDY WATERS 2': Redman has took to Twitter to announce that he is recording Muddy Waters 2. He wrote, "We about to start the Redman 20th Year Anniversary Campaign !! Muddy Waters 2 n progress!! Be a part of it!!" Back in 2010, Red announced the album and said that it would have a 90's feel to it.
