The drop kick heard 'round the world continues to bring drama to the lives of said victim, Khyati Shah, and singer Miguel. Khyati Shah's attorney claims she's suffered injuries including memory loss, leaving the New Zealnd exchange student unable to sit through final exams, (inserts dramatic eye roll here). Her attorney says Miquel hasn't offered to help...at all.
Her attorney claims that despite efforts to find out more about rehearsals for Miguel’s performance and seek help for his client, representatives for the singer and the awards show are practically daring him to sue. Miguel’s camp has said Miguel is concerned for Shah’s well-being and reached out to the victim to see if they could help. Khyati’s attorney says while he’s talked with Miguel’s attorney, no assistance for his client’s medical bills or other expenses have been offered. He explained:

As we all know, Tawanna Iverson filed for divorce...again...from NBA veteran Allen Iverson and it became final this past February. But the issue of custody of their several children was still a touchy subject.
Clearly A.I. wasn't feeling this ish because he allegedly took the kids on a " family vacation"...and never returned them!
In legal docs just filed by ex-wife Tawanna, according to TMZ, she says Allen requested permission to take the kids (ages 3-16) to Charlotte, NC from May 22-May 26. But on May 26th, Allen never returned! More @ TMZ...
