Last week, while performing “Adorn” in London, he was so caught up in his performance that he didn’t realize that he was getting closer to the edge of the stage.  In the midst of hitting one of those high notes at the end of the song, he took one final twirl and ended up face down in the audience.

A fan, who was close up on the action, posted:

[I] thought he jumped into the crowd, only realized he slipped after watching the video back! Great performance nonetheless! Amazing concert.. Amazing recovery! Lol

In 2011, Miguel had a similar fall and perfect recovery during a show in Houston. Watch both videos below
