Team Lean is a 12-week, city-wide, team-based weight loss challenge brought to the community by The Family Y and Doctors Hospital.  Family Y members and non-members are invited to participate.  Cash prizes will be awarded to the teams and individuals with the highest percentage of weight lost over the 12-week period.  Prize amounts will be determined by the number of participants.  Cost to participate is $60 per person and includes weekly weigh-ins, weekly nutrition and fitness seminars, regular community-based fitness activities and access to a website that provides fitness and diet tips and tracking tools.
