May is going to be a big month for movies...my love affair with Robert Downey Jr. continues with the trailer release of Iron Man 3. After the video, check out what Terrance Howard had to say about the movie ruining his career...
Terrence Howard has revealed that he thinks that the Iron Man movie ruined his career. According to Hollywood Life, Terrence said, "Worst thing I witnessed was 'Iron Man' killing my career." Terrence was the highest paid actor on the set, but when time to make the sequel, the studio execs wanted to "renegotiate" his salary. When he didn't budge, he was replaced by Don Cheadle. Terrence was upset about it but said that he decided not to "seek revenge against Marvel and all." However, when that deal fell through, it changed Howard's career. He said, "I had to start all over: went from making $6 million a movie, back to $60 thousand a movie. But as long as you don't give up you are able ... I'll make $20 million soon. Because I have learned the lessons of yesterday."
Wow, 6 mil to 60k? Ouch.
Harry Potter anyone? Hangover 3....no wedding, just a vacation and it looks like the guys are headed back to Vegas...to destroy it.
