Yesterday the streets were buzzing with a rumor that R&B singer Usher had separated from his wife Tameka Foster. Well, according to MediaTakeOut.com's extremely well placed source, the rumor is 100% untrue.

The insider told MediaTakeOut.com, "Usher and Tameka are still together and are happier than ever - and anyone that knows them can attest to it. There are a lot of hate-filled people out there who want to see their marriage fail, but it's stronger than ever."

And the insider had some more good news to report, they confirmed what MediaTakeOut.com reported months ago - that Tameka is currently pregnant with the couples second child together. The insider added, "Everyone's ecstatic about the new addition to their family."

You need more proof that the Raymond's are still together. Well yesterday a number of MediaTakeOut.com spies spotted Tameka cheering on her husband as he performed in New York at the NFL Kick-Off Pre Show. And according to our snoops, Usher and Tameka were laughing and joking around with each both before and after the set.

Now that doesn't seem like a couple in trouble, does it.

THE GAME L.A.X ALBUM #2 DUE TO SOUNDSCAN ERROR!!!

Earlier reports of stating that The Game's album L.A.X. was the best selling album in the country have turned out to be incorrect, due to an error in Neilsen’s Soundscan reports.

According to a representative for SoundScan, the company’s original sales figures were off, due to the Labor Day holiday weekend, which caused a delay in sales data, which was posted online. 

Metal group SlipKnot’s album All Hope Is Gone actually took the #1 spot on Billboard’s Top 200 Album’s chart, selling 239,516 copies.

The Game’s third album L.A.X. sold 238,382 copies and was beaten out by only 1,134 units.

Although he scored a controversial #2 chart position on The Game still landed a #1 chart debut for a third time, topping the Hip-Hop/R&B Chart.

Adamant to fans and media alike this will be his last album, Game feel assured that this album is a fitting end to his legacy as a solo artist and quiets critics who questioned his songwriting ability.

“Being #1 for the third time makes me feel good, especially since I put my all into this album,” a proud Game explained to AllHipHop.com. “There should be no doubt by the critics if a label, producer or hook singer can stagger my ability to make songs or an album. I hope my fans enjoy this one more than others, because this one defines me, my life, and my place in Hip-Hop.”

On iTunes alone, the album sold 130, 000 copies the first day of release.

L.A.X. features a staggering guest list of today’s top Hip-Hop and R&B stars: Lil Wayne, Nas, Ice Cube, DMX, Ludacris, Common Raekwon, Chrisette Michele, Raheem DeVaughn, Bilal, Ne-Yo, LaToya Williams, and Keyshia Cole.

Ne-Yo Win His Lawsuit!!!

Ne-Yo was granted over 700K for his lawsuit against R. Kelly:

The R&B star has scored a nice payday for being dumped from R. Kelly’s road show last year. A Los Angeles judge has ordered Kelly’s promoter to pony up $700,320 to the “Because of You” Grammy winner. Superior Court Judge Malcolm Mackey made his default judgment after Georgia-based Rowe Entertainment refused to respond to the lawsuit filed by Ne-Yo under his real name, Shaffer Smith. Per his suit, Ne-Yo was supposed to earn $785,000 on the 25-date jaunt, but the 25-year-old performer was canned by Rowe after the second show on Nov. 15 and only received a fraction of the contracted amount. At the time, the promoter blamed the dismissal on Ne-Yo’s camp for not completing the proper paperwork. There was no immediate comment from either Ne-Yo or Rowe on the judge’s ruling. Kelly was not named as a defendant in the suit.

Although he was not the ‘defendant’ in this one, it’s about time the Pied Pedo’s skating ass camp had to pay up for something.
