In shocking comments, the president of the Steubenville chapter of the NAACP places the blame for the rape case that has shocked the nation on the 16-year-old victim.

Royal Mayo, a lifelong resident of the Ohio city that gained national infamy following the rape of the girl by two Steubenville High School football players, says that attention should be focused on the role of the young woman, whom he calls the "alleged victim," saying she was drunk and wanted to go out with one of the football players. He also claims that other teens involved in the incident were let off easy, because they were "well-connected."

Last week, two high school football athletes were sentenced to at least one year in a juvenile detention facility after being found guilty of sexually assaulting an unconscious 16-year-old girl at various parties in Steubenville, Ohio.

More than 50 people were present at these parties. Videos and photographs were taken, and many were using social media to "report" what was happening.

This rape case made national news after controversy stirred as a result of the verdict. Some people were outraged about the fairly short sentence the two males received, while others were outraged at the girl for even claiming to be a victim of rape.

I let a friend claim my kids on her taxes & she SAY that the IRS took MOST of her check....anyway she went from giving me our agreed amount of $2000 to $500 cuz she say "she got bills"....shouldnt I expect her 2 pay me ALL of mine becuz i helped her pay her bills?
