Kydd Joe's weird news has got something crazy for you! Mexican, Ulises Rondela was arrested after confessing to the killing and barbecuing of his neighbors three dogs. After he lied to his neighbor about turning his dogs in to animal control he confessed to officials that he killed the dogs, then barbecued them. Officials are now in the process of finding out if Rodela sold the meat to various food stands in Mexico.
